Prayer request

Rox's boyfriend Roy''s sister had a darling little baby girl, Alexa, 3 weeks ago. They are such a sweet family and we were so happy for them when the baby was born. Yesterday we heard the dreadful news that the baby's dad had been in a terrible accident at work - he suffered severe injuries to his neck and head. He had surgery last night. This morning we heard that his condition is critical and that he needs further surgery, but can't have it because he is not stable enough. Please pray for this family! I can't imagine how hard this must be for Roy's sister.

Update:
Latest report is that he seems to be out of danger, thankfully! Although his condition is still serious. No-one seems to know yet how much permanent damage there is.

Update:
From the latest report (via Rox, via Roy, via Roy's mom....) it seems that he is doing much better and is clearly on the mend. It seems that further surgery will not be necessary. What a relief.

Hectic!

May God's hand be on all of them. May they know His healing, comfort, wisdom and peace.
